Call for New Trustees

Project Bonhoeffer is seeking to recruit new Trustees. Our trustee group meets approximately four times a year. The charity is based in Leeds but remote participation in trustee meetings is possible.

We are seeking to recruit trustees who:

  • Are committed to supporting, developing and promoting activities that enable and encourage contemporary Christians – especially but not only students and young people – to reflect on the relationship between faith and social action, and to put this reflection into practice
  • Have an interest in the life and work of Dietrich Bonhoeffer
  • Are willing to take on the responsibilities of a charity trustee

This is a voluntary role. Reasonable expenses of trustees will be paid.

With a view to making our trustee body more representative of the diverse beneficiaries of our work, we are particularly keen to receive applications from people from Black and minority ethnic backgrounds, and from younger people.

Please send a brief expression of interest, explaining your relevant skills and interests and your reasons for wishing to join the trustee board, to Liz Marsh, the Project Bonhoeffer administrator at contact@projectbonhoeffer.org.uk.

We would welcome expressions of interest as soon as possible, and before 15th December 2021.
